I wanted to update my blog, but I do not really have much to write about.

Last week I went to the 10th year anniverary party for my work. I have worked there almost as long as they have been open. I can not believe that!! I had a nice time, but did not take pictures, of course never have my camera at the right time. That is all that has been happening recently. Hope you all are having a good week.

I'm Home!!!!

Well, I had a nice vacation in southern Florida but now I am back to the swing of things in Michigan. I am so glad I was able to spend a few weeks with my family in Hobe Sound. We did a lot together and had some great bonding time. I thought I would put some of the pictures up on here. While I was there Ethan and Evans school put on their music program and of course Evan graduated from Kindergarten. So know Ethan is a 2nd grader, Evan is a 1st grader and Easton has moved up to the next class at his school. He is now a Penguin Pal and is in the Aqua Room. He gets to go on field trips now, which includes swimming, he is excited about that.

The Graduation class puts on a cute little program before they walk down in their cap and gowns. This is one of the pictures from then.

I just had to share this picture. Tonight on our way back to Ruth and Beckys from having supper out, we had to make a stop at Wally World. Well, we got back out to the van and I remembered I had forgotten something (of course, you can get sidetracked in there sometimes). Becky and me went back in while the others waited out in the van. When we got back out to the parking lot this is what we saw. A beautiful rainbow. Becky even made the boys get out of the van to see it. They watched it all the way home, well as much as they could see it all the way home. Just wanted to share the picture with you. Of course the picture does not do it justice, but you get the idea.

I landed in Florida around 12 noon. Ruth, Becky and Easton picked me up at the airport. When Easton saw me he said "You home" it was so cute.
Well, oviously yesterday was Memorial Day, so of course we had to have a cookout. We would go to my grandparents if we were in Grand Rapids, so we missed being able to spend time with them, but we have a good day.

Ruth had bought a pool, so here is Easton "helping" me get it out of the box.

I did not get many pictures, but mom got a few. We had a great time, it was a beautiful day out. I will say that towards the end of the afternoon Ruth, Dad, Mom and I were having a nice time watching Becky spray the kids with hose, they were having such a good time, that is until we noticed the boys were getting close to us. That was because aunt Becky told our lovely (sometimes obedient) nephews to. Because she claimed she was spraying the boys, but somehow we all ended up getting wet. Well, that is All of us EXCEPT for aunt Becky. Funny, she decided it was time to put the stuff away as soon as the boys tried getting her wet. And they did try. Anyway I hope you all had a good day, I know I did.

Has it really been that long since I have posted on here???? Well, I am on vacation right now. Betcha can't figure out were I am. If you said Sunny Florida, well you would be right. I flew in yesterday and will be here until the 6th of June. Evan will be graduating from kindergarten that day, so I will be flying out in the evening. Anyway, Becky is helping me with this post, so I will try and get some stuff on here.

I am finally going to try this blogger thing. I want to be able to share pictures with friends and family far and near. So we will see how things work. When you stop bye please leave me a note so I know who is checking things out.
